I was asked by the owner of this stunning property to create a film in various formats for marketing purposes. Despite its luxury and grandeur, it had been on the market for a while due its proximity to the main road. I worked with the owner to decide on the best strategy and look to curate a portfolio of works to showcase its brilliance. As a result of these films and Bartlett & Partners fabulous sales expertise, the property sold within a week for over the asking price!
