I’m a field-based producer and director working across documentary, architecture and cultural storytelling. My work explores how people shape and are shaped by the spaces they inhabit, combining interview-led features with observational filmmaking and photography in the UK and internationally.
With over 20 years’ experience in video production and photography, I collaborate with architects, designers, self-build communities and creative practitioners to document stories at the intersection of place, identity and social change.
Alongside my filmmaking background, my training in trauma-informed and psychosocial practice informs how I approach interviews and human stories, bringing sensitivity, psychological insight and care when working with contributors sharing personal or complex experiences.
Whether profiling makers and designers, documenting housing movements, or exploring culturally embedded ways of living, I bring a human-centred and visually grounded approach to every story.

I work as a self-shooting documentary producer and director, drawn to intimate, character-led storytelling. My current project is a multi-country pilot examining midlife crisis as a moment of rupture and possibility, exploring how different cultures understand transition, purpose and reinvention.
